Security / Safety film installation – Beautologie in Stockton
Another Security / Safety film job completed! Beautologie (formerly “New Body Image”) in Stockton is not only now safe from smash and grabs, but it’s also protected from heat (78% heat rejection), UV (99%) and glare from the sun. Today we finished this 4 day commercial security / safety film job at Beautologie. We started by removing old film from all of the windows, then we installed Solar Gard’s 8mil 20% Armorcoat security film. Once it was dry enough, we applied a bead of wet sealant (Dow Corning 995) around each window. The wet sealant process bonds the film to the window frame. This helps hold the glass in place even if the window is broken.
